About The Position

Direct Orthopedic Care is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This is an opportunity to join the first and largest Orthopedic immediate access group, with 13 rapidly expanding clinics. The role offers an immediate and steady stream of surgical cases without the requirement of emergency room call. Fellowship training in general orthopedics is desirable, and the practice allows for 50% subspecialty work with 50% general orthopedics.

Requirements

• Practicing orthopedic surgeon or new graduate with interest in general orthopedics.
• Fellowship training is desirable but comfort with general orthopedics is acceptable.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Licensed in the state of Texas.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training with General Orthopedic interest is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general orthopedic procedures.
• See surgical cases without the need to take emergency room call.
• Potentially engage in subspecialty work (up to 50% of practice).
