Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and follow standardized processes
  • Basic math and computer skills for documentation and production tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools and basic measuring devices preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)

Responsibilities

  • Production Operations: Perform assembly, installation, and processing tasks in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and established production standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assigned manufacturing equipment to complete production tasks.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods within the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
  • Quality Verification: Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements; report discrepancies promptly.
  • Process Adherence: Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete production reports, work orders, checklists, and electronic tracking documentation.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area; support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, quality, and engineering teams to support production goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
