Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and basic blueprints
  • Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production line experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Production Operations: Operate machinery and equipment used in the elbow production line, following standard work instructions and established production schedules.
  • Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble, fit, and secure elbow components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and automated equipment as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect in-process and finished elbow assemblies to verify conformance to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards; identify and report defects promptly.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials and finished goods within the work area using approved material handling equipment such as carts or pallet jacks.
  • Machine Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, perform basic adjustments as trained, and escalate mechanical or safety concerns to maintenance or supervision.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete production reports, quality checks, and work order documentation in a timely manner.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations; wear required PPE; and follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and company standards.
