Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Production Operations: Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery according to standard work instructions and production schedules.
  • Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards; report defects or non-conformances promptly.
  • Material Handling: Move materials and components within the production area using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or carts.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete production records, work orders, and quality documentation in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and notify supervisors or maintenance of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures, wear required PPE, and adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and company standards.
