As an Assembly Operator, you will build our premium products according to our exacting standards and processes, assuring that our customers receive the highest quality products in the industry. You’ll have a variety of responsibilities as you rotate to different workstations, or specialize in one area depending on your experience, staffing needs, training and skill level. Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs constantly, up to 35 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in a high-volume assembly process while continually standing
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to predetermined methods and production sequence standards
Create a safe work environment by following safety rules and company policies
Maintain regular attendance
