The role of a General Merchandise Team Leader can provide you with skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies), leading a team by planning daily/weekly workload, driving process improvements, enhancing workload efficiency, and coaching/training hourly team members.
