As a Department Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and sales of the department, while leading and engaging your team. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience leading others
• Willingness to obtain certifications as required

• Leading and engaging your team
• Delivering outstanding customer service daily to earn customers for life
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
• Ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience
• Using time and resources efficiently and effectively
• Acting with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
• For Bakery: Experience as a Baker
• For Meat: Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools)
