Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time General Mechanic to perform maintenance operations in the Jacksonsville , FL area. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures. Employee must be able to provide their own set of basic mechanic’s tools.

Requirements

5+ years of repair and maintenance experience of a variety of automotive and mechanical equipment
High School Diploma/GED
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
Must have welding experience
Employee must be able to provide their own set of basic mechanic’s tools.

Nice To Haves

General Mechanic Vocational training and/or technical certificate or equivalent
Clean driving record is essential
Must pass criminal background check

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance operations in the Jacksonsville , FL area.
