Requirements

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in ERP software for data entry.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and Bill of Materials.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division); must be able to understand scales of measurement

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and accident-free work environment, reporting incidents as needed.
• Understand and uphold ISO 9001 quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate various machinery in the General Manufacturing department.
• Accurately document production data and any scrap occurrences in ERP software.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain organization within production areas to meet goals.
