Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience
10+ years of progressive operations or manufacturing leadership experience
Proven success leading large, multi‑department operations
Experience in food manufacturing, processing, or regulated environments strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Strong financial acumen and budget ownership experience
Ability to lead through complexity, change, and high operational pressure
Demonstrated success building strong teams, managing labor relations, and engaging union workforces
Excellent communication, decision‑making, and leadership presence
Track record of exceeding corporate expectations and driving performance improvement

Responsibilities

Own the overall operational, financial, and performance results of the CSC
Develop and execute the annual business plan and budget in alignment with regional strategy
Lead short‑ and mid‑term production planning to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of food products and services
Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, cost, and service
Ensure optimal deployment of people, equipment, materials, and capital resources
Maintain full compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and HACCP regulations
Champion a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and engagement
Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse workforce, including unionized teams where applicable
Partner closely with Sales, Culinary, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and external stakeholders
Initiate and manage capital projects to support growth and operational excellence
Ensure all customer contracts, company standards, and delivery commitments are consistently met
