Steinhafels is currently recruiting for a General Manager. This position has the overall responsibility to oversee all operations of their facility, manage all employees, and oversee all customer and sales related matters. Requirements
- Responsible for budgeting expenses, overtime, and sales
- Requires excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills
- Responsible for following company policies and procedures
- Requires previous management experience
Responsibilities
- Oversees store management staff and all store employees
- Reviews sales team under direction from the company standards
- Address customer issues timely with a goal to resolve, satisfy the customer, and ensure it does not repeat
- Open and close the retail store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
- Maintaining only the highest standards of cleanliness
- Handles all conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
- Responsible for the retail floor layout and presentation
- Pre-employment surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
