Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Manager in mobile/manufactured homes or a closely related industry.
• A natural leader who earns respect, inspires action, and builds team culture.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communicator — with your team, your customers, and ownership.
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice and can operate with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your sales team to crush monthly goals.
• Own the store's performance: sales numbers, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day operations.
• Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins.
• Use your industry knowledge to guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
• Be present and engaged — this role requires availability up to 6 days per week.
