About The Position

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the service and operations of our independently owned fine-dining restaurant. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional who values excellence, leads with presence, and understands the importance of preserving the character, standards, and legacy of a family-owned business. The ideal candidate will be a steward of our guest experience, our team culture, and the long-standing relationships that connect us to our community. Our restaurant is built on family roots, tradition, and more than 26 years of serving the local community. We take pride in being more than a restaurant — we are a gathering place, a neighborhood fixture, and a reflection of the care, dedication, and hospitality that have shaped our history. We are looking for a leader who will honor that legacy while helping us continue to grow with intention. Our culture is grounded in warmth, respect, consistency, and genuine connection. As a family-owned and operated business, we believe our strength comes from the relationships we build — with our team, our guests, our vendors, and the local community we are proud to serve. We value hard work, accountability, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel known and welcomed. We are looking for someone who understands that culture is not something written on paper — it is lived every day in how we lead, how we serve, and how we care for one another. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who appreciates the heart behind an independent restaurant and wants to help carry that spirit forward.
