Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership in high-volume fast-casual, QSR, or hospitality management.
- Solid financial sense with hands-on experience controlling labor and food costs.
- High-energy, coaching mindset with a track record of developing crew members.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends) based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the People: Recruit, coach, and inspire a top-notch crew. Stay active on the line alongside your team during peak rushes.
- Manage the Numbers: Take charge of your P&L by keeping labor schedules efficient and food waste low.
- Set the Standard: Drive high operational standards, food safety, and memorable customer experiences across your store.
