Requirements

  • At least 1 year of fast-food General Manager experience, plus the drive to take your career to the next level
  • At least 2 years of experience in traditional fast food
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative
  • Solid financial analysis skills
  • A strong sense of drive, ownership, and determination
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
  • Strong talent and performance management skills
  • Understands and has a passion for the intricacies of working with food and beverage
  • Previous success with restaurant systems and tools, and leading and supervising
  • Possesses POS and MS Office computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team by giving them the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
  • Develop strong team members by providing clear direction, ongoing training, and a motivating work environment
  • Ensure ongoing coaching for improvement, constructive discipline, and proper documentation of employee performance.
  • Ensure problem resolution is available on all shifts and is utilized when appropriate, and build trusting relationships. Escalates applicable employee relations matters to HR.
  • Build a culture of recognition that celebrates wins and keeps your team engaged
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and create experiences that keep customers coming back
  • Make sure the restaurant consistently meets company guest standards and resolves concerns quickly and professionally
  • Drive positive guest experiences, strong sales, and healthy profits
  • Manage key financial and operational controls, including labor, overtime, food and supply costs, cash handling, deposits, and performance tracking
  • Maintain and protect all company assets.
  • Develops food safety behaviors and standards.
  • Maintain operational updates and utilize resources.
  • Follow opening, closing, safety, and security procedures while keeping the restaurant clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready
  • Recognize business generators and traffic patterns and plan shifts accordingly.
