About The Position

Corbu's Pizza ETC. in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA, is a growing restaurant concept blending iconic design with Italian flavors. Inspired by Le Corbusier, the restaurant offers artisan pizzas, Italian-inspired cocktails, and genuine hospitality in a thoughtfully designed setting, featuring an open kitchen, a state-of-the-art electric pizza oven, and a hidden patio with a fire pit. As the concept grows, they are seeking an experienced General Manager to help shape the future of the brand. This role involves taking ownership of an emerging concept, building strong teams, driving sales growth, and creating the systems, culture, and guest experience that will define Corbu's.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership experience
  • Full-service restaurant experience required
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, food cost management, and restaurant financials
  • Proven success in developing management teams and hourly staff
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with emerging or growing restaurant concepts
  • Experience leading restaurants with dine-in, takeout, and delivery channels
  • Experience with local store marketing and community engagement
  • Italian, pizza, or chef-driven restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
  • Build a culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and execution
  • Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment that drives retention
  • Oversee all Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Drive consistency in execution, systems, and operational standards
  • Lead daily operations while maintaining a strong floor presence
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses
  • Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Drive sales initiatives and local store marketing efforts
  • Execute plans to achieve profitability and operational goals
  • Create a hospitality-driven culture that builds loyal guests
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Foster community engagement and neighborhood connections
