In this role, you will lead and empower a team of talented sellers while partnering with solution architects, customer success leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer transformation at scale. You will help shape sales strategy, accelerate growth, and ensure our customers realize lasting value from their technology investments. As a Sales Manager (GM) for the Majors ATU in the Telco, Media, and Gaming Operating Unit, you will lead a team responsible for driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and AI transformation across a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Commercial customers. You will coach and develop high-performing sales talent, build executive-level customer relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that help customers solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, fostering a culture of accountability and growth, and ensuring successful execution across the breadth of Microsoft's solution portfolio.
