The General Manager position involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary change, the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers, and safe driving for pizza delivery, including navigation and carrying products to various delivery sites. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, and reach/grasp with hands. Employees must also tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside.
