About The Position

Tire Discounters, a family-owned and operated tire business with nearly 50 years of history, is seeking a General Manager. The company prioritizes people and safety, aiming to deliver a "WOW" experience to customers and team members. This role involves leading a store team to provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales and profit goals, and ensure smooth store operations. The General Manager will be the face of the store and requires strong leadership, people skills, and retail experience.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong retail sales experience.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Nice To Haves

• A.S.E. Certifications 4 and 5 are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Oversee merchandising and display efforts.
