About The Position

Procare Property Services is seeking a high-level, results-driven General Manager to lead and scale our commercial and residential divisions. This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for someone who has successfully operated or managed a landscaping company generating $5M+ in annual revenue and understands what it takes to grow, systemize, and lead at a high level. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving revenue growth, building strong teams, and executing our vision of becoming a regional leader in commercial landscaping and snow management while maintaining premium residential services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating or managing a landscaping company doing $5M+ in annual revenue
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping, snow management, or related field
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Operations Manager, General Manager, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of: Commercial landscaping operations Snow & ice management Residential design/build (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations across: Commercial landscape maintenance & enhancements Snow & ice management Residential maintenance, design/build & outdoor living
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, profitably, and to company standards
  • Implement systems for scheduling, routing, production, and quality control
  • Drive operational scalability using both internal teams and subcontractors
  • Lead and manage: Crew leaders Field teams Subcontractors
  • Build a strong leadership structure within the company
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing employees
  • Hold team members accountable to performance standards
  • Drive growth in: Commercial maintenance & snow contracts Residential design/build projects and maintenance
  • Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and key clients
  • Assist in estimating, proposals, and closing deals
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Manage budgets, job costing, and overall profitability
  • Monitor and improve: Gross margins Labor efficiency Production rates
  • Ensure all divisions meet or exceed financial targets
  • Maintain high-level relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure strong communication and responsiveness
  • Resolve escalated issues quickly and professionally
  • Drive long-term retention and referral growth
  • Help scale Procare into a multi-state operation
  • Build systems that support long-term growth
  • Align daily operations with company revenue goals
  • Work directly with ownership on strategic initiatives
