About The Position

Integrity Roofing and Construction is expanding and launching a brand-new location in Portland, Oregon. They are seeking a hands-on leader to build, lead, and grow this new branch. This is a ground-floor leadership role in a company known for its craftsmanship, customer care, and people-first approach. The General Manager will be responsible for building out the team, driving sales and production, and delivering on the company's commitment to excellence. This role requires active involvement in day-to-day operations, including being present in homes, on job sites, in the warehouse, and alongside crews. Support will be provided by the Poulsbo team, including access to established systems and processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in roofing is a must.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role with multi-functional oversight (sales, operations, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a clear bias toward action.
Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, and scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the Portland branch including sales, project supervision, production, and warehouse coordination.
Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at a high level and represent the Integrity brand.
Own branch-level P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth through smart leadership and execution.
Maintain strong field visibility and be actively involved in daily operations and job sites.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and customer service.
Act as the primary site leader, serving as the go-to for staff support and escalation.
