Requirements

5-10 years in retail, preferably hospitality or service-related experience
Proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Previously managed a minimum of 15 direct reports
Advanced expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team
Inventory management and scheduling expertise
Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday weekly
Proven track record in building consistent, recurring retail business, and delivering an exceptional guest experience

Responsibilities

Foster meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests
Manage day-to-day shop operations, including management of staff
Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a best-in-class shop team
Build and maintain staff schedules
Provide consistent, transparent feedback to your team to ensure standards are upheld at all times
Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, professional associations, and local businesses in your community
Execute operations, HR, and local marketing objectives
Manage timekeeping and payroll reporting for your staff
Resolve employee relations and guest issues, while also maintaining culture and morale
Manage inventory and minimize shrink
