About The Position

At Tosca, we are revolutionizing sustainable supply chain solutions by helping the world’s largest brands move away from single-use packaging. We are committed to building smarter operations, safer workplaces, and stronger teams across our network of Service Centers. We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused General Manager to lead our Lakewood Service Center. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing teams, improving performance, and creating a culture centered around safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments
  • Strong leadership experience managing frontline operations and maintenance teams
  • Proven background driving safety, quality, and operational performance improvements
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret operational and financial performance metrics
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills
  • Food safety experience strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day Service Center operations, including safety, production, quality, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and scheduling
  • Build, develop, and coach high-performing operations and maintenance teams
  • Drive a strong safety culture through OSHA compliance, audits, inspections, and team engagement
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
  • Manage labor planning and temporary staffing relationships to support operational needs
  • Monitor Service Center performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and manage operational budgets while controlling costs and improving efficiencies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and other internal teams to support customer solutions and operational success
  • Lead performance management activities, including coaching, development, accountability, and recognition
  • Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence and customer service
