Seeking a culture-driven, organized, and energetic General Manager for a new Village Whiskey concept opening in the Gulch. Village Whiskey features a comprehensive selection of over 200 whiskeys and is known for its highly-rated burger. The role is with an established hospitality group committed to genuine hospitality and developing talented restaurant professionals. The company emphasizes that people are their greatest strength and strives to attract and hire the best service and culinary professionals.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years operations management experience.
Superior leadership, management and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver exceptional operational performance.
Strong organization and time management skills needed to be able to help run a Training Week at a New Restaurant Opening.
Ability to hire and schedule new employees for New Restaurant Opening.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operational excellence of a single Village Whiskey restaurant.
Building sales and managing all aspects of profit and loss.
Preparing financial projections.
Hiring and training and development of both management and hourly team members.
Daily execution of safety/sanitation.
Monitoring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
Ensuring quality food preparation and guest service.
Responsible for cleanliness, repair, and maintenance for the building equipment.
Communicating and administering all company policies and procedures.
Directing the recruitment, retention, and development of all management and team members.
Leading Training week to prepare for opening day.
Hiring BOH and FOH teams.
Coordinating operational needs for a successful opening.
