About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2pm, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing catering/mobile/in-store orders, providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. This role involves hands-on operations, including assisting in all positions during rushes, managing breaks, and driving positive customer survey results. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and inventory are managed around operating hours. A comprehensive 5-week training program is provided.

Requirements

1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
Hands-on operator.
Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
