About The Position

The MilkShake Factory is a growing, family-owned and operated dessert shop with 9 locations in the Pittsburgh Area. We are looking for General Managers who are looking for more and are seeking opportunities for growth. We mentor our General Managers to become more, offering autonomy to operate their store and lead their team, with support from our corporate team. We are a people-first company that is accessible and inclusive, working as a team from our CEO to store leadership to team members.

Requirements

• Leadership experience (leaders, not bosses).
• Experience and pride in owning an entire operation with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ardent desire and ability to grow into a Multi-Unit Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, both down to your team and up through our corporate support team.
• Mentorship capabilities.
