About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions, and the ability to make correct monetary change. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, verbal, writing, and telephone skills, motor coordination for precise movements, and order entry via computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments required include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous use of hands for various tasks including forceful pinching and grasping. Tools and equipment used include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role involves delivering product by car to customer doors, distributing marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills, including map reading and locating addresses, are essential. Delivery personnel must navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing up to five or more flights of stairs may be required during deliveries. The work conditions for delivery involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
