Requirements

• 18 or older
• Able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to set priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Skilled at resolving both customer and employee issues

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 50, including management staff
• Hire, train, schedule, and run performance reviews
• Manage the P&L — spot issues and drive results against goals
• Oversee ordering, inventory, food prep, and food safety
• Own cash accountability and daily operational standards
• Build a positive, high-retention culture
