This role involves achieving sales and profitability targets, managing profit and loss, controlling inventory, and establishing a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client base building, and exceptional service. The General Manager will also be responsible for team management and development, customer service excellence, and operational excellence within the store.
