Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dealership leadership experience
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Confident decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic thinking

  • Clear, professional communication and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every interaction reflects the premium experience, strength of character, and elevated expectations synonymous with the Steele Auto Group and the Volkswagen brand.
  • Lead, coach, and support department leaders, building accountable, high-performing teams rooted in professionalism and respect.
  • Oversee Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts operations, ensuring alignment with the Volkswagen brand standards and Steele Auto Group expectations.
  • Manage budgets, financial results, KPIs, and expense controls while driving profitability and long-term stability.
  • Guide inventory strategy, sales execution, and marketing initiatives to strengthen market share and brand presence.
  • Analyze local market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to elevate dealership performance.
  • Implement Steele Auto Group policies, procedures, and initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
