About The Position

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport is seeking a dynamic, visionary General Manager to lead our team. Situated at a crucial gateway for North Texas commerce and global business travel, our premium hotel focuses on upscale accommodations and professional wellness. As the General Manager, you will manage all hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction, successfully driving both commercial performance and brand hospitality standards.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Previous hotel management experience required.

Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.
