About The Position

A.C. Moate Industries is seeking a proven leader, business builder, and relentless executor to take ownership of their Reno operation. The company, ranked #1 in the nation by Pavement Magazine, aims to develop Reno into one of its strongest markets. This role offers an opportunity for high performers to be rewarded for their results. The mission is to leverage the existing people, equipment, and market opportunity in Reno to achieve substantial growth in size and profitability. The General Manager will be responsible for the division's P&L, profitability, revenue growth, business development, sales and estimating performance, operational execution, and team recruitment and development. Significant authority will be granted, with the expectation of significant results.
