Requirements

  • Strategic Leader – Someone who can develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability.
  • Talent Developer – A mentor with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and developing future leaders like AGMs and Shift Leaders.
  • Culture Ambassador – A leader who cultivates a family-oriented work environment that aligns with MOKA’s core values.
  • Financial Pro – Expert-level knowledge of business math, P&L reviews, inventory audits, and payroll processing.
  • Quality Authority – A coffee enthusiast with a passion for maintaining beverage quality and brand consistency.
  • Experienced Manager – Preferably with 3 years of experience in hospitality management, ideally in a high-volume coffee environment.
  • Committed & Flexible – Full-time availability with the flexibility to handle emergency store needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Store – Act as the primary leader responsible for the overall success and "MOKA way" of your location.
  • Manage the Team Lifecycle – Oversee everything from talent acquisition to the continuous development of your crew.
  • Drive Strategic Growth – Manage labor costs and sales strategies to ensure financial stability and store health.
  • Ensure Compliance – Maintain 100% compliance with all state and local health regulations and safety standards.
  • Engage the Community – Foster genuine connections and provide "smile-making" customer service.
  • Maintain Quality – Ensure consistent product and service standards while supporting team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
