The General Manager position is a leadership role where you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the example for the team, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time. This role requires strong skills in staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining store image and standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. While prior pizza experience is not required, it is preferred. Candidates must complete all evaluations up to Manager in Training before becoming a store manager. General job duties for all team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and the facility, and providing on-the-job training.
