About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. The role involves managing a one-shift model, starting early for baking and opening, ensuring audit readiness, executing orders, and providing exceptional customer experiences. General Managers will also assist in all positions during rushes, manage breaks, and aim for high customer survey results. Store closing procedures take about 30-45 minutes, with administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, and inventory managed before opening or after closing. Daily deposits are also part of the role. The company offers 5 weeks of training to prepare managers for these responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
