Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in driving profitability through effective financial management and strategic planning
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume operations and ensuring optimal customer service delivery
  • Experience leading and developing diverse teams to achieve company objectives
  • Strong background in P&L management — controlling expenses and maximizing revenue
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
  • Financial acumen — proficiency in financial analysis and budget management
  • Understanding of sales processes with the ability to coach and develop sales teams
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive, cohesive company culture
  • Skilled in training, coaching, providing feedback, and developing teams
  • Strategic thinker who adapts quickly to changing business needs and industry trends

  • Preferred experience in rental car or service-related businesses with heavy transactions and large teams

Responsibilities

  • Relay clear, concise information, updates, and feedback between HQ and branch teams
  • Efficiently manage payroll, control overtime, and balance labor costs with operational needs
  • Maintain control over daily operations and P&L to drive profitability
  • Build a unified operations and sales team through effective communication and people management
  • Develop teams to achieve company goals, manage high-volume customer transactions, and demonstrate strong foresight and planning
  • Inspire and guide teams, maintain alignment with company goals, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Utilize relevant software and technology tools to streamline operations
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives
