About The Position

Ridezilla Americus/Boater's World South Georgia is seeking a driven, operationally focused General Manager to lead our Americus, GA dealership. This is an opportunity for an experienced dealership leader to take ownership of a growing location, develop high-performing teams, drive profitability, and help shape the future of the business. The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, overseeing Sales, Service, Parts, Inventory, and Customer Experience while partnering closely with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives. We're looking for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating accountability, developing people, and driving results.

Requirements

  • Previous General Manager, General Sales Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or multi-department dealership leadership experience
  • Powersports, marine, automotive, RV, or equipment dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Experience managing departmental budgets, inventory, and financial performance
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead from the front while maintaining accountability across the organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Service, Parts, and Administrative functions
  • Ensure departments operate efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and ethical business practices
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop department managers and team members
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve performance and support career growth
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction and results
  • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed sales, profitability, and operational goals
  • Review financial statements, departmental performance, and key performance indicators
  • Monitor inventory levels, expenses, and overall dealership profitability
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Champion a customer-first culture throughout the dealership
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Implement processes that improve customer retention and referral business
  • Monitor dealership reputation and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Support local marketing initiatives, events, and dealership promotions
  • Build relationships within the local community and industry
  • Partner with corporate leadership on growth initiatives and long-term planning
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and dealership performance
