About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role offers a fun and flexible work environment with valuable experience. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set a positive example, adhere strictly to all policies and procedures, and ensure your team does the same. With proper experience, Assistants and General Managers can earn $21 to $26 per hour, which includes sick pay, possible vacation pay, and healthcare. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older
