About The Position
This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning the facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication skills for order processing, and computer/touch screen order entry. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, and cramped spaces. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, infrequent climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, and continuous hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customers, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying products. Physical demands for delivery include carrying products, driving, walking to and from the vehicle, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Delivery personnel are also exposed to varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment

- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials
