About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership of people and operations for the Columbia division. This role will hire, train and motivate employees to consistently exceed business plan goals. You will align Sales, Construction and Administrative teams to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee customer contracts, vendor management, budgets and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction (experience with custom home or scattered lot build preferred).
  • Ability to oversee Sales and Construction and collaborate with internal departments to manage contract-to-build timeline.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and tools to streamline operations.
