About The Position

Sage + Sound, Table is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our wellness-focused restaurant concept with warmth, sophistication, creativity, and operational excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for cultivating a service culture rooted in generosity, accountability, and community while overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant. This leader will champion the guest experience, inspire team development, maintain exceptional standards, and help bring the brand’s mission and values to life every day. Our ideal candidate is an emotionally intelligent and highly organized hospitality professional who thrives in elevated yet approachable dining environments and understands how to create meaningful guest and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual, wellness-focused, or hospitality-driven concepts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food culture, wellness, and community-building
  • Experience managing high-volume service while maintaining elevated standards
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Financial and operational management experience preferred

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and operational procedures
  • Partner with culinary and leadership teams to support menu rollouts and seasonal initiatives
  • Recruit, interview, train, and develop hospitality-focused team members
  • Conduct performance conversations and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Support leadership development and internal growth opportunities
  • Promote strong communication and teamwork across all departments
