About The Position

A great General Manager does more than run operations. They build culture, develop leaders, drive accountability, and create an exceptional experience for families and staff. This role requires someone who can balance people, performance, systems, and service while leading with integrity and ownership. This role is not for someone looking to simply manage shifts. We are looking for leaders who develop people, solve problems proactively, and elevate the culture around them. The mission is to help children ages 4 months to 12 years learn to swim and be safer in and around the water through a fun, proven curriculum in a warm, nurturing environment while serving as a trusted pillar in our community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Able to balance leadership, operational execution, customer experience, and team development in a fast-paced environment.
• Must attain Lifeguard certification, Goldfish Swim Instructor certification, and CPO within 90 Days of employment

Nice To Haves

• Aquatics experience preferred

• Partner on marketing and operational initiatives
