The General Manager - Corporate is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of several key corporate functions, including the Fleet Program, Warehouse Program, Data Management, Administration, and Tools & Equipment Program. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced leader with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence.   • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing business needs while driving operational growth and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and operational best practices with a results-driven mindset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing multiple operational functions, including fleet management, warehouse operations, data management, and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, maintenance, utilization, safety, compliance, and vendor management.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, shipping/receiving, and process optimization for efficiency and safety.
  • Manage company tools and equipment programs, including purchasing, tracking, maintenance, inventory, and accountability systems.
  • Direct data management initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting, data integrity, security, and operational insights for decision-making.
  • Supervise administrative operations, office processes, contracts, and support services to maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and development for warehouse, fleet, facilities, and administrative teams.
  • Oversee facilities in the Kansas City market and support expansion into emerging markets through site selection, vendor coordination, lease/buildout management, and scalable operational standards.
  • Drive budgeting, compliance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, cost control, safety, and growth.
