This position is similar to an Assistant Manager. The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing customer orders (phone and walk-up), continuous cleaning of equipment and facility, delivering products, and maintaining food and product accuracy and inventory accountability. Additionally, the General Manager is responsible for labor accountability, employee productivity, all cash handling and accuracy, coaching and training employees, and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
