About The Position

Our client is a results-driven, family-owned landscaping and construction firm that has evolved into a premier team of industry professionals. Operating with a meritocracy-based philosophy, they prioritize performance and professional standards over traditional seniority. The company has built a culture centered on mutual respect, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the work, fostering an environment where team members are excited to contribute to the organization's rapid growth. With a focus on high-quality residential and expanding commercial sectors, they maintain a strong local reputation backed by exceptional community engagement and a commitment to employee well-being. You will be the primary authority responsible for driving the organization from its current state toward an $8 million revenue target. The position is based in the Prescott / Yavapai County area of Arizona. This region offers a high quality of life with a rapidly growing population and a robust market for both high-end residential landscaping and commercial development. The area serves as a central hub for surrounding communities such as Chino Valley, Dewey, and Humboldt, providing a beautiful Northern Arizona backdrop characterized by a unique climate that includes distinct seasonal shifts and occasional snow.
