About The Position

The General Manager leads the store team to deliver a profitable business plan and achieve or exceed key performance metrics. The role connects the brand vision to the in-store experience and drives profitable sales growth across customer operations, merchandising, product operations, and talent development. The General Manager teaches and coaches the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; and lift or carry up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to travel as required.
Business acumen skills.
Established time management skills.
Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities
