About The Position

The General Manager position starts at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by team member and training manager. Northern Oregon ranges from $15.95-$20.01. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed. Newly Hired GM’s will qualify for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance upon their hire date and those benefits are available for employees to use after 60 days of employment.   • Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
  • Lifting Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
  • Carrying Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.
  • Pusing To move trays which are placed on dollies.
  • Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
  • Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
  • Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
  • Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
  • Hand Tasks Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day
  • Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
