Requirements

Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven experience motivating and developing staff
Excellent mathematical skills for financial analysis and accurate cash handling
Proficiency with computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and business management tools
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative approach
Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

Minimum 2-3 years as a General Manager
Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising diverse teams
Experience with inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
Background in customer relations and service delivery
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Experience in a multi-unit or corporate operations environment a plus
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the food service industry
Background in staff scheduling and resource allocation

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
Manage staffing needs through effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
Maintain strict cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures to maximize profitability and minimize waste
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and operational benchmarks
Foster positive customer relations by ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Schedule staff efficiently while accommodating individual needs and maintaining service excellence
Maintain store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to company values
Communicate effectively with leadership, providing transparent updates on performance metrics and operational challenges
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and storage to ensure product availability and quality
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support operational needs
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
