About The Position
Lead Dog Pizza INC, a Franchise with Domino's Pizza, is looking for new team members who are seeking a fun job, opportunities to develop skills, and fast growth within the organization. Opportunities are limitless with Domino's! This role is for individuals who naturally take charge and want to move up to a management position. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You will set the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from them. Your duties will include making schedules, ordering product, training team members, and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to General Managers based on controlling costs within goals. Requirements
- At least 18 years or older
- Must be able to work weekend nights
