About The Position

Burrachos is a locally owned, fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, made-to-order Mexican cuisine. We use high-quality ingredients and prepare each dish in front of our guests. For more than 15 years, our success has been built on strong teams, great food, loyal customers, and support from the communities we serve. We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead the business and people operations at our Sun Prairie, WI location. As General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The General Manager is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and strengthening the restaurant’s presence and reputation within the community.

Requirements

At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
Be a people person
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Passionate about coaching and developing others
Demonstrate excellent communication & customer service skills
Able work nights and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
